Our Story
Why We Started
360Sentinel was founded because we kept seeing the same problem: building owners dealing with fragmented contractors, reactive maintenance and compliance gaps that nobody owned. Electrical work done by one firm, mechanical by another, BMS by a third — and when something went wrong, everyone pointed at someone else.
We built 360Sentinel to be the single accountable team for everything below the surface of a building. One contract, one point of contact, one standard of work — applied across electrical, mechanical and BMS systems, to the relevant BS standard, every time.
We operate exclusively in Malta, which means we understand the local building stock, the regulatory environment and the pressures facing property owners and facilities managers on the island.
